michaellinder 16,611 Posted November 3, 2017 Two uniformed personnel directing traffic. Yet, are their efforts synchronized? I see illusion here. Link to comment
celasun 0 Posted November 3, 2017 After a long hiatus, I returned to see the new PN and I have tried to look at some images selected automatically. Not to my surprise, the only image I stopped to look at was one of my friend's. One unmistakeably McRitchie. Jack, your images never fail to make me feel special or lucky. I have no idea how you cook them (pardon the verb), and I will not be asking for a recipe anyway. I just want to say that they always taste delicious. They somehow stimulate some neurons a few centimeters above my taste buds. Thank you, Jack. Link to comment
Jack McRitchie 150 Posted November 3, 2017 Steve, John, Radu, Michael, Bulent............ Thanks a lot for taking the time to view and comment on this picture. It kind of reminds me of a stage set or perhaps a modern version of a Currier and Ives lithograph (does anyone even know about Currier and Ives nowadays?). John - one of the things I'm constantly amazed at is how seriously Japanese take their work, almost to a fault. Radu - thanks for leaving the flowers for a moment and joining me on the street. Michael - no illusion, it's the hive phenomenon in action. Bulent - you don;t know how happy it makes me finding your name on a comment for one of my pictures. I hope to see some new work since I've always found your photographs vibrate on the same spiritual frequency as my own. Link to comment
Wayne Sadler 567 Posted November 8, 2017 Great narrative. The title helped me understand why the image is so appealing. Link to comment
