For pictures like this to be successful in my opinion, one part of the image has to be in relatively sharper focus than the rest of the image blurred by movement in order to establish contrast and a natural resting point for the eye. That is the case here as we speed past the foliage and the house with its driveway, garage comes into focus. I have an affinity for these types of pictures which are essentially of the split second and never static. It's hard to get completely satisfactory results, though, due to the high incidence of chance and the unpredictability of the resulting image. But I'd rather look at a picture like this with all its blemishes than another National Geographic-style image of the Taj Mahal or the Grand Canyon.

Jack, admittedly I processed this image to see what I could see. In retrospect, I should have cropped some from the left side, and I wish the right half could have been sharper. I am grateful for your review.

Actually, I like it just as it is. If you're doing some drive-by shooting you're never going to have even a really crisp section of the image. What's important, I think, is the difference between the blurred and the slightly OOF portion. In that regard, I think this is a successful picture and one that I would have been happy to take myself. By the way, I find you are not alone as far as being left out of my Favorite Photographers recent uploads. Just a quick perusal found 5 or 6 others whose pictures are no longer being shown. On the other hand, there was one photographer I've been following whose sudden tsunami of pictures included many that were repeated three or four times. I wish I could show you my Favorite Photographers page. What a mess!
