Is somebody looking at us?

A slight change of pace, Gregory? It seems like these bucks were about to lock horns until they detected your presence. Quite a strong image, in my opinion.

Hi Michael- this is one occasion where the photos aren't really telling the story. We just happened to see these guys on our way to the barn one am, right in bright sun. They were at least 1/4 mile away. During the few minutes I had to shoot, they played, I think one got zapped by the electric fence, gently touched horns, nuzzled each other, one went off in the woods then came back. They were definitely not in a fighting mood- I guess rut hasn't quite started. It is unusual for us to see 2 bucks with that size racks interacting. Thanks for looking! G
