Indeed white silhouette contrast nicely with autumn colors,seems is a new one tower or a repainted one.

Radu,...The water tower has migrated from its former orange to this new brilliant white color.It is quite contrasty now with the autumn colors but will soon become monochrome with the snow which is not so far away.Salutations amicales-Laurent
