Orbaneja del Castillo

Orbaneja del Castillo is a town located in the district of Páramos in Burgos. It belongs administratively to the municipality of Valle de Sedano in the Geopark of Las Loras.

It is characterized by its karstic landscape modeled by water. The Cave of the Water has motivated the interest for diverse students of the geology and related science. From it leaves a stream that crosses the population and then falls in waterfall, which can be seen in the photo, towards the Ebro that passes to the side.
