A view down Via della Dataria from Quirinal hill, the highest of the seven hills of Rome and the location of Quirinal Palace, one of the 3 official residences of the President of the Italian Republic. We stumbled upon this place by accident. I had no intention of climbing the highest hill in Rome.

Thanks, Chris, ZT and Patsy. This hill seemed so long and steep that it had to be imaged. But it took awhile for me to see it as art.
