michaellinder 16,611 Posted May 30, 2017 PDE - - - There are several aspects of this image that are really impressive. First, the lighting has the effect of dividing the scene almost in half, diagonally. Secondly, the reflections on the building after the hotel provide architectural variety. Thirdly, a viewer easily can recognize a familiar sign of an urban environment - graffiti and handbills. I find the half-curled appearance of the handbills quite interesting. - - - My best always, michael Link to comment

Pierre Dumas 259 Posted May 31, 2017 Welcome and thank you, Holger, Michael and Patsy! Holger and Michael, the difference of style and age are obvious even from this angle of view! The hotel, almost an ancient building and the bank which is super modern! But they somehow go together well! Patsy, you are always so kind in your critiques! Thank you all again! Cheers!
