DGorinstein 20 Posted May 30, 2017 A classic subject, yet strangely and very pleasantly compelling. The image draws you gradually in, and gracefully lets you see through the painter's "mind"...he might be admiring his work, the tree, or both, or just letting his mind wander over the horizon. Sharpness is great, and the choice of B&W is a great counterpoint to the palette of colors used by the artist. Makes you stop and think, and that, in a world with literally billions of images uploaded daily, is quite a feat! Congratulations. DG Link to comment
