Wayne Sadler 567 Posted May 4, 2017 I like that in this image the imposing 278 ft high bell tower, Giotto’s Campanile, in the Piazza del Duomo, Florence, Italy becomes less dominant and acts more as a backdrop to the other elements in the scene. Comments and critique appreciated. Link to comment
marek_hryniewicz 0 Posted May 4, 2017 Hi Wayne, it's very beautiful work. I don't know how you got it effect (never mind), but I like it very much. It's like a painting. Good painting. Regards. Link to comment

Pierre Dumas 262 Posted May 6, 2017 This is a painting, not photo crossed through some filter! Bravo, bravissimo! Link to comment
Wayne Sadler 567 Posted May 7, 2017 Thanks, Pierre. Ever since I saw the water colors of Frank Webb, I've worked to paint and photograph not things themselves but symbols of things. I find I can better do representational art when I marry the two art forms of painting and photography. Link to comment
