I first thought of titling this image “local color”.

On this bridge near the Vatican in Rome, Ponte Sant’ Angelo, like everywhere in Italy, the locals somehow stood-out from the many tourists not only because they were not gawking at everything like me – there was the clothing styles, the skin tone, the unmistakable pride of ownership of everything Italian. Comments and critique appreciated.

There are moments when effect filters are justified... this is one of those moments. :)
