Everything 'Just So'

The composition appears optimal with excellent architecture, good texture and curves, etc., good balance, optimal camera/lens placement, best obtainable shutter timing, best obtainable lighting, all in an effort to make of this circumstance the best obtainable photo, and one that will stand the test of time as both pleasing and significant within the 'street' classification. Did I make it, or did I miss. I invite your opinions. Your ratings, critiques and observations are invited and most welcome.
