I think it is an aqua duct, made by those very clever Roman engineers. And after some 2000 years its grandeur is still present. You framed it very well against this beautiful sky. My complements

Dear Herman, it is not a Roman aqueduct but a Greek temple, the Temple "C" of the acropolis of Selinunte. It's a marvelous place from which the sea is dominated.
