Yes they are neat......esp. this one - perhaps it is the 'company' you keep - in the alleys.....don't worry, I'm not trying to 'trash' you my friend !

It is the cosmic destiny of trash cans to be neat. Or at least to contribute to neatness. And this one appears to be doing so with stoic sincerity and dedication.

Seems like a blast from the past, Jack. However, it so well serves its purpose. Well seen and captured. Well done my friend. Regards, Lawrence

Hi Jack, this kind of makes me think of the film - Batteries not included, it has the look of the abandoned head part of a robot which has been left on top of a trashcan - so sad. Very well seen and I really like the splash of red colour. All the best. Sarah

Hello dear and distant friend. This new PN format is giving me a bit of a hard time. It is not the change per se. I am used to different layouts for different websites and the myriad of their respective purposes, but this one throws me off....It is good that I can comment "directly", i.e. communicate directly with the photographer I want, but otherwise unable to follow a logical path...Perhaps I am to much influenced by Mr. Spock's logic, and feel like I entered a skating ring for the first time. But, to the point....At first, I thought this was a Japanese flag from the II WW... and then again, a plain and simple garbage bin converted into an enigma, a strange object brought to life, stearing right at me, with one cataract eye and the other, fathomless. Your photography has such a whimsical, cryptic element that mesmerizes. Masterful as always. Unfathomable, baffling as always. Most enriching and rewarding as always. My hat is off in due respect for a master. Best regards.
