Empty hands

A very arresting picture and an amazing pair of tree trunks (?). when I clicked for the larger view the image didn't fit the screen so that you had to scroll to see the whole picture. The section that was visible without scrolling on my monitor extended from just above the tree line to just below the two gnarled trunks. It actually made for an interesting variation on this picture.

thnk you for your attention and comment.  Indeed a very old and dead willow. Lightning did cut the trunk in halve .

I see some turned hands to the sky in prayer. I like it.
