I promise not to deal with loose screws!  Instead, I'm going to try interpreting the image.

 

Aside from the screws, the image contains what I take to be a coin.  It is bent and somehow someone drove a hole through it.   Coins are used as currency, i.e., money.  Money is used by people throughout the world.   Who has the most money?  Primarily wealthy people, big business, and governments - somehow at least some of them, from time to time, manage to screw those with less.  That's the lesson I glean from the image.

It was me who hit the coin with LR 22, Mike! I only can't remember was the coin thrown up in the air for the occasion! The background is a sheet of A4 paper, I have a collection with different colors!

I am with Mr. Mancil, LOL! coin with bullet hole and screws .. strange combination. Don't know the intention of the author but I think the image can use a bit of level /contrast adjustment. TFS Pierre!
