this is a sensitive insightful double portrait --- the feeling a get here is authentic!

This is a very good use of natural light, most photographers would have thrown a fill flash on this, which would have washed the emotions in the shadows of the faces, particularly whom I assume to be your daughter in front.

A rare trespass into the world of colour and very well merited here.  You often manage two people in portraiture, no easy feat, which adds to the storyline as it then regards not only the persons in the photo but also their reaction to each other. Haha, I remember my father photographing me alone and then with a girl I was totally crazy about when I was 12 or 13. The difference in expression (and colour of my face) is hilarious.  

A beautiful shot Sweid.  Not to be ignored, the addition of the stare by the skull on the boy's shirt. I know that did not escape you ... that is where the touch of genius lies .. and, as Diana said, there are three in this relationship  ... : -)
