This is really beautiful, Tone...the colours are amazing, but, the green leaves just complete the picture. Well seen, Well captured. Regards, Lawrence

Beautiful, Tony! The abstractness of the background makes the foreground leaves seem super-real, and I'm thoroughly enjoying the colors--the deep blues in the distant background, along with those amazing green leaves, sure make the warm tones glow. It strikes me that the left 40% of this image would also make a glorious image in its own right, though definitely not as energetic as this one. Really nice!

Thanks for the visit. IMHO, I don't think that any other color than green would have worked. My only thought is that i might have placed it too centrally.

Thanks for the detailed critique and showing the possibility of the left 40% being a 2nd image. With that scenario, I keep feeling that I would need some visual contrast.  I will think about it some more.  All the very best,

In this case i dont think it too central although i did think about that initially. A tight crop on the right of the green gives a seperate pic, same for a tight crop on the left of the fuscia colour leaves. Fantastic work.

Thanks for the visit. I hear out in BC you don't have lots of snow. We are expecting quite a bit over the next 48 hours.

Evocative. The red is a fire warming me on a cold winter day. The green is a promise of spring around the corner.
