It appear like an Alien Life Form, however we see that often in the winter months, people dress for warmth rather for style.

An interesting existential study --- The man appears to be entering a world in which he will lose his identity and his personhood.  He becomes an automaton resembling a person to others.  Indeed the world will not miss his subjectivity, since he has been reduced to an object.  For him, the world becomes a shroud of white.

Powerfull. Like The Walker here said: What the hack, if it is the only way to go, this is the way I will go...

The way the forms desolve into the light and the gritty immediacy of the moment all speak of the now, not just where he came from or where he's going but that moment in between.
