Thank you.Don't know for sure where this one sits with regards to the other lighthouses in this province but it is claimed to be the rarest surviving wooden octagonal tapered lighthouses in Canada.It is in good shape having recently been restored after a few years shut down for fear of lead poisoning(paint issue).The unfortunate part of the interior restoration to ease access for visitors was the painting of the walls covering the historical graffitti/carvings left by generations of visitors/users....but it remains an impressive structure.
