Something to watch very carefully....in my case.Another 6 inches and water would have been over that long driveway on the left and into our house.This is a prime example of climate warming;the water level is higher and still rising and normally at this time of the year,our ice sheet is well frozen creating a barrier to this type of flooding.On this occasion,all the factors(negative ones) piled up;no ice sheet,full moon,highest tides and the 125 kph winds which stirred up the waters the previous day.but I agree,it makes for good images especially when that salt water creeps over the snow and comes up with the emerald tint....think positive is our motto.
