Immediately powerful and captivating. Odd, weird, strange, striking, eerie, "pleasantly digusting", unsettling, and many other adjectives. The thing is that it stops the viewer in his/her tracks. This is Photography, in the good old-school sense, with a capital P. A masterful show of how to really make a photograph, i.e. the "thing" is always there....It is how you capture it and transform it, and what you send out to the world as an unfathomable, impossible to divine message of what was going through the mind of the fisher when catching a pray this size and this bizarre, but at least the outside world knows things like these await some of whom have an eye for it. And you may find some more if you read between the lines. Congratulations. DG
