This one does not work for me, though your subject is certainly a lovely young woman and I do like her striped shirt as a photographic accompaniment. The black blobs where shadows should be throughout her hair are just destroying her as are the blacknesses under her hands. Though here eyes are very engaging and the tones of skin and a lot of her hair are soft and delicate, the photo just can't seem to get past those unsightly black intrusions. The pose in this one also just doesn't inspire me. Her hands feel stiff and are too flat to show off much visual interest.

I agree with each point of your clever critique, I'm working on a new version trying to fix all the flaws mentioned in your comment. This is not a good photo. Moved by my emotional preferences sometimes my trend is to minimize the defects in the believe that the observers will do the same.

Thank you very much

Jorge, they're photographic blemishes or mistakes. There simply is no other way to see it. It would be like saying someone playing the wrong note in a musical composition is making the rest of the piece of music sound good. No, it's a wrong note, plain and simple. Sometimes, we have to be critical in order to be sincere with each other. It does no one any favors to make excuses for unsightly aspects of their photographs. And Sweid deserves better precisely because he's such a good photographer and has so much to say. Photography is a visual art and if part of a photo looks ugly, without having a reason to do so, it is simply ugly. That's whats happened here. Negative details don't make this image look outstanding. They detract from an otherwise outstanding image!
