Good lighting, I like the way the light cascades off the horse and highlights the dogs rib cage. Great subject matter, both animals are alert which makes us stop and pause

Yes, truly a stunning image. The quality of light, coupled with the stance of the horse and dog, both interested in what lies beyond the window is a capture that was so well timed.  Congrats! The textures on the walls combined with the hay and dirt on the floor make for the perfect backdrop here.
