I really like the composition, angle of the shot and the completely unexpected splash of color within the drab surroundings. I wish the figures were a bit more in focus, though.

Actually hand hold (against the irons you see at the left bottom), 0.3 sec, 4.5f at 15 mm, 500 ISO, no flash. I think all men are inside DOF it just that some moved and others did not. Did you notice the guy on the top right, he is having his lunch.
