I was testing my macro possibilities and forgot which one I usedhere!

I guess it was 13 mm ext. tube and bounced flash!

You passed your own test with flying colors.  It's as if you used a high-powered electron microscope.  Not only did you capture every microscopic nook and cranny of this gadget, you also captured areas of rust that otherwise would go unnoticed if this image hadn't been produced using macro equipment.  In addition, the rust complements the warm colors of the nuts in the background.
