Fall Colors

I just love the mirror reflections in the calm water.

The reflection is great and I like 50:50 composition here. I would have taken 2 or 3 more shots at this location.

Good one, Steve, the reflection sets up a great rhythm. Interesting that the color of the sky seems deeper in the reflected image.

Thanks for the comments guys.  Tony, I have a lot of photos from this area, and it changes from season to season too.  Sometimes I think I have too many images from this particular section of woods.  The bike trail runs along this water area which is Mississippi River overflow.

Jack, yes, the sky was lighter because of the sun and clouds, and the water is more shaded, hence the blue is deeper.  I bumped saturation up a little too.
