"Ready for Surgery, Doctor"

Very nice artificial light shot Jack, for someone who does not work with their hands I see these folks as doctors of a different kind. 

I 've never thought i will get to see an illegal transplant operating room from that close Jack. Great arrangement of vertical lines that tones up the sence of mystery, creates depth and locks the eye right on that quack.

Ps. "Screwdriver" ?? Neah, more like a beer type guy to me.

I formed an opinion before reading the title and the other texts and we are all in concordance.

The first impression is that "there is a doctor in the house". Even the circular light enhances that impression.

The next question for which I do not need an answer, is what are you doing there? And our imaginations could run wild (*_*).
