Taking In the View

Large view preferred. Green enough? The lushness of this landscape at

Akaka Falls casts many votes for protecting our environment and

responding proactively to climate change. The woman on the bridge makes

Amazing lush - both the woman and the waterfall really add to the image. The eye candy for me is really the shapes and shades of green.  PS That is bamboo at the bottom right.

Larry all the photos in this group are very nice and for different reasons. There is just something about the composition of this one I keep coming back to. It is certainly a lush image and the woman adds scale so we can appreciate how large this area is and I also like the waterfall in the background. TFS, we get to see Hawaii through your camera, thankfully you know what to do with it.

Holger,  Your comment about the falls in this image and the woman is quite astute.  Thanks.  This falls, called Akaka Falls is a really tall slender fall that I found difficult to capture because of the angle of view and distractions in the foreground.  This partial view works better, if only from a distance.  Thanks.
