Thanks for the comments on this picture. I understand that it's oddly composed (or not composed at all) but somehow the combination of the colors, the shadow and the gun interested me. I posted it more out of curiosity about what kind of response the picture would receive - if any. Michael, I tried to access your link but I kept getting the message "server error. Thanks for the vote of confidence. I've got a couple of Eggleston books and he's one of the photographers the really interests me along with Winnogrand, Robert Frank and Saul Leiter. There's a kind of off beat poetry in their work that I think would appeal to people who use words to paint their pictures such as yourself
