Very interesting moment and scene. I like all details on this photo, lovely composed and presented. The bicycle adds the balance to the picture.

The lady and the greenery stand out for me.

I agree with Tony, I am always amazed at the sprouting of Mother Nature in the urban setting.

I do like the looks the lady is giving to you. 

The same as in my town old bazaar, old houses and air conditioners on all of them!

Thanks to Drew's comments, I clearly understand the title now.  Despite the condition of the building(s), the woman about to take a walk and the vegetation provide clear evidence that life goes on.  And, as I've come to expect, there's even a bicycle in the scene.
