In Toxedo Black!

My first car was a 1954 Ford, black with all the trim and emblems removed.  Wish I had it again.  Good shot and thanks for the memories.... Mike

Co-incidence!Maybe I told you this before;the car I had when I was in college was also a '54 Ford Customline with the venerable Flathead V8.My means for customizing were very meager,just enough to buy a gallon of flat black paint to brush cover the original white/bue dress,a few pieces of sheet metal to fabricate fender-skirts,coil spacers to raise the front/lower the ass and a Fenton floor shift to play havoc with the gears.I later sold it to a friend  who took it to its demise on the dirt stock car track....One tough car!
