The contrast between the soft-edged, flowing, organic shape of the stain and the hard, sharp-edged metal is great.  As is the bit of red, which appears somewhat like a bloody cut.  The vivid red goes well with the muted greens.  I like the diverse ways of seeing circles - the complete one of the drain, the partial ones of the wheel and fender, and the implied one of the red reflector, which we can assume is circular but appears as a line because it's edge-on.

I think your propensity for seeing various creatures in inanimate objects is rubbing off, because I find myself looking for them in your photos.  Here, the stain seems to have feet and arms, and the head is in a helmet (protection from toxins?).

The thumbnail threw me off, I envisioned a little green spaceman(stain) with a helmet(pipe hole in wall) checking out one of our many earthly wonders(bike). See what you've started. Good one Jack.

I love the shades of green and the complimenting color of red gives this a visual contrast. This kind of reminds me of conifers with a single red maple leaf.

Toxic!! I think I see  a grey dead bird at the bottom of the screen. The portion of the wheel reminds me of the Big "C" The red brake light is not only a shining a light on the toxins but also sending a message to stop.

All the best.

PS I hope to participate more at PN a bit later but this is the time of year that I am busy capturing images and wondering how I can obtain some variance in the Tremblant scene that I visit this time of year.
