Great picture, Michail. I probably would have tried lightening the darkest areas on the boy just a bit. It might not have worked but perhaps it would have lifted him off the dark background of the ocean. This really is a wonderful idea, pairing the boy in mid air with his falling shadow, Actually the shadow is more compelling than the actual boy. Fascinating shot.

This is a powerful, wonderful original action shot which only Michail can come out with.  Really impressive!

Michail -- a considerably more interesting take on a fine action shot.  This version edgy and nearly abstract, excellently rendered on monochrome. Could be cut from Life Magazine back in the day!
