Our nearly tame Doe with the split ear. We don't feed them

intentionally, though they consume a lot of our flowers. This in a

patch of shade with the 600 5.6 hand held. C&C appreciated!

nice shot of the doe.  I backup to a greenbelt in the middle of Austin and had a 12-point buck show up in my backyard yesterday.  Austin is full of deer and I get about 10-12 in my yard everyday.  Fun to photograph these from my patio.    Again, a nice shot with that big lens.

Bill, thanks! Still amazed by what the old lens can do -- the black spot low and slightly to the right of the deer is a fly, and you can almost see the wings! At first I thought I needed to clean my sensor. Best, Sandy
