Stil working with the old 600 5.6 on my DF. The Flickers and Pinion

Jays were all around the water back and forth, this guy was like a

little bar fighter in a tough bar. No worries!

Really like the color and composition of this one. The overhead sun casts a rather unfortunate shadow on the breast from his beak. Otherwise great.

Jack -- You are spot on as regards the shadow.  What was compelling to me, is that as with tough little human guys in our world, he puffed himself up in an attempt to intimidate. Sometimes it even works.
