There is something very boring about this shot, it might be the composition or the lack of drama, but it definitely could use a person somewhere in there to ramp it up a notch.

I would disagree with Jenny.  I think this is a nice intimate portrait of the falls.  Nice exposure for the moving water.  Not too saturated.

Thanks for the comments. I was trying to mimic the conditions.. It was cloudy and a bit dark with a little bit of diffuse light..
