I found out something interesting the day. I was grilling out, the Europeans call it BB-Q, anyway, I use charcoal, I find the flavor is so much more intense, love it. Well I set my grill out and placed the charcoal in it, at that point my wife called me and asked me to complete a task, no big deal.

I come back, place the fluid on the coals and lit, this freakin rush of flames develops, I did not get hurt but it was somewhat scary. When the coals come out of the bag and sit in the sun for a bit, they catch fire more quickly, wow.
