Your title seems to imply there's a story going on, but I see none. The image is effective as is nonetheless, and it's well composed, has an interesting subject (the church and the dog) and has nice colours.

But there is a story and the only reason I took this shot is for Caramelle being in the picture.I am glad you still appreciate the scene and I thank you for the observation.
