Under a threatening sky!

The little church is dwarfed by the big sky created by strong winds

pushing rain-filled clouds.What do you think? Thank you-Laurent

Since the weight of the image is on the road, sky and church I would have focused on that area. A square format crop would do wonders (cutting up to the end of the church, more or less).

I like it--all the way down to the gravel in the foreground.  It has a very real and authentic look to it, which to me is the whole point of this type of landscape photography.

I agree that a square format would also work here as you note;I decided to widen the take to get the full extent of the big white cloud at centerstage of the tumultuous sky.Thank you for viewing and for the valued observation.
