I think this is a good one, Lannie. The composition is excellent with the contrast between the entrance to the shadowy cemetary and the ordinary life going on in the distance. The enclosing brick wall and the two stone posts flanking the gate mark this as a place apart. I like the sepia toning but feel that it's just a touch too warm.

I guess you mean too saturated, Jack.  I was worried about that, as well as over-processing in general.

Jim, I suspect that the walls and pillars do go back that far. The graves go way,  way back before that--it is a very old Lutheran cemetery.  Some Confederate dead are buried here as well.

Jim, yes, it also simulates an older style of photography, not just an old subject.  Even so, I was not tying for anything in particular.
