Wow! Amazing. At the bottom half  I saw an underwater scene with a ship wreck and other oceanic elements. The upper portion seems to be a monkey in heat and I have not smoked anything.

I just saw your comment coming in on one of my recent images and I was closing the computer to watch a movie titled "Seymour: An introduction". I will do that now instead of viewing more political news and more shootings in the USA. PS in the last 24 hours 6 incidents with 5 dead and 33 injured.

All the best,

A smorgasbord of nightmarish shapes and colors concocted, of course, by that evil genius who invades our dreams and leaves us enthralled by the phantasms he conjures.

Amazing indeed. One can spend hours wondering about the origin of every little scratch, ding and bump on this image. Colors are an extra gift just to rest the eyes and the mind for a while before proceeding with the quest of the true nature of this surface.

Abstract, let me say! Hardly (not at all) recognizable shapes of any object and that, by my opinion puts it in the category of abstracts!

Cheers to that

I see a storm damaged pier at the bottom and a tongue hanging out your meat grinder.  Whatever, your composition makes this an excellent image.

Always good to come up for air and get out of the water for awhile just to decompress before diving back in. I think I was suffering from the creative bends.

An impressive Abstract that along with the title make me think of 'everyday life' - it isn't just a 'grind' for many - it has become the 'meat machine' - depending on the day, we might get a bit 'shaved off', 'sliced thick or thin' or shoved in and ground to come out the other side 'unrecognizable' yet in a shape that still is familiar so those who want to 'sqeeze' more out of us can shape us into a 'patty', plop us on a grill and 'char' us to their satisfaction - and quite remarkably - even after consumed - traces of us are left behind on the grill to get mixed with the next 'victim'. Genetics - go figure.
