They are quite the pair! At first, Carla, the donkey, was ready to kill the new pup-and it would have been easy for her to do - but Sandor was never intimidated. When he got large enough to move more quickly, we let him meet her on his own terms- which meant rolling over and playing cute. This eventually won her over and now they can't wait to greet each other in the morning.
