A glorious looking custom car & b/w treatment works well.

My objection to most car show photos is that the cars are usually placed so close together that it is impossible to compose a shot of the main subject without including sections of nearby cars. This image nicely overcomes that problem, plus exposure and color are perfect!

Thank you.The color and quality of the paint made this one really stand out.I decided to desaturate the surroundings  to eliminate the busy/distracting people movement and wish I could have had this with only the sketch artist on the left and the photographer on the right...but this is a street show.

Thank you.As you say,the cars at these street shows are usually squeezed too close and you have the the crowd.An ultra-wide lense will help isolate the cars with some deformation which can be artistly ok and patience/timing will deal with having the cars free of onlookers.....always a challenge but great if you like cars and enjoy the camera as I do.
