The capture is beautiful but the ducks look a bit blurred (don't know if this was because of motion or something else).

I guess the experienced blurriness of the ducks is due to two causes:

first, motion by my vessel & the birds themselves;

second, the difficulty that automatic distance measurement is often 'confused' by the feathers (or hairy skins) of animals when light is reflected in a not very sharp, fuzzy way.

if one has to photograph still-standing animals, there could be enough time to manually focus & get a sharper result.

yet, I've decided to publish this image as the entire haziness/speed of the ducks' action is well-indicated - but that's probably a somewhat lazy excuse ;-)
