Dry Valley House

This was the result of one my first outings with my Hasselblad 501C.

It could have gone better. The house was in terrible shape, and I

was sure that it would collapse of it's own weight within days. Six

years later, it finally did.

Recently, I stumbled across the negative and decided to have a go

at getting something worthwhile from it. I sent the negative to a lab

down in Phoenix, and they did a pretty good job of cleaning it up and

scanning it. So, here's the result.

I've always had a feeling about this place. I'd like to think that some

of the wood may end up in one of my barnwood frames...
