A very striking image taken from a great POV giving a marvellous treatment to the high buildings. Have you used an Elements filter for the sky ? looks so different and works very well. Very good, Ken.

Thanks very much for your comments.  You were on the right track by asking your question.  I used the paint bucket tool in Photoshop Elements 11 to add the rainy effect.

This one is way cool--I really like the 1930s science-fiction feel, and it gives us a powerful reminder that we are, in many ways, living in the future!
