I like the subject, his pose and your choice of background, but feel the framing would be much better vertically just on on him (no window or just the lower-right corner).

One thing that struck me was this man is actually reading a news paper and not looing into a mobile devise, wow radical .

I like the set up in this effort - partial window bricks with the base leading to our friend.

Excellent creation, the moment is captured with mastery, photographic technics at the top. One only want to imagine about the news he is reading with natural concentration.
