Of the two images of black skimmer, particularly, for me, this is the best. I like clarity, and especially the splash of water.  

Both pictures are very good!

Thanks Rosario! Since I work with the large image, this one is of better quality than the other one because it's practially a fullframe image. The bird also going toward the light and better lighted. However, the other image give off a better feeling (to me) with the smoother water with no clutterness and nice full reflection.  My heartache is that I clipped the wings off so many good shot with the Olympus because of the fix focal lens and only got a few intact skimming shots. I should have taking the teleconverter off but  prior to this they were way off shore and then the suddenly decided to skim along the shore - Life of a bird shooter! :-)

the spread of the wings make the image superb, however the contact with the water is just expectacular! Congratulations !
