This is a beautifully serene scene, with the tonal values and ripple pattern all contributing nicely to the overall feel. One aspect that might be worthwhile to experiment with is the darkness of the sky. Although the sky tone selected for the image is good for giving definition to the clouds, it is a bit too dark to fit with the patterns of light and dark in the water—generally speaking, we expect the tone of sky reflections in water to be slightly darker than the actual sky, and when this doesn’t happen, it looks a bit discordant. Also, in darkening the sky here, a halo of light was left along the roofline (particularly pronounced on the left side), and I think the image would be more effective if the halo were not there. Overall, though, I really like the composition, and I think the choice of black and white is a good one for this scene.

Quite an interesting image. I really like the treatment of the buildings and the water. My only suggestion is that you have a glow on the rooftops on the left. This may be due to over sharpening. Perhaps burn that line in a bit...
