I love it, Michael—the way the vertical edge of the giraffe divides the space exactly in half and into two apparently disconnected worlds, the blue line of lights in the lower left, the hyper-vivid colors, the bright light where one might expect an ear to show up, the compelling expression on the giraffe, and the wonderful modeling of its face, neatly set off with rim lighting where it needs to be, and yet set off by being dark against a light background at the muzzle. I don’t think it would have worked without any one of these elements, and somehow they all came together. I would wish that the muzzle had been sharper, but you got the most important part sharp—can’t ask for more than that in low light sans flash. Nice.
